When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be picked and packed within 1-2 days from receipt of order. This time is necessary for the paint to dry well before packaging. If there are any unforeseen delays we will notify you ASAP and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Worldwide flat rate shipping $ 30
We have a fixed cost of delivery, regardless of the size of the painting (parcel) and the recipient's address, it will always be $ 30 and not a cent more! :)
Expedited delivery

Order tracking

Why am I being charged extra by customs?

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Damage during delivery
Packing paintings has several layers; it is very durable and can withstand shock and immersion in water without any consequences for the paintings. But still, if the canvas arrived damaged send us a photo of the damage and we will send it again for free.
Refusal to purchase
If for some reason the picture did not suit you and you want to refuse the purchase, send it back to us and as soon as it is delivered we will refund your money. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
